The Troy Belt is installed on the crownshaft of the royal palm Tree. As the fronds die, the frond branch and crownshaft are held in place by the Troy Belt. Every 3 months have an authorized tree service expert cut off the Troy Belt and SAFELY prune the dead palm fronds. A new Troy Belt can be installed at the same time.
